Policy on Using ERC Facilities

To use the ERC’s indoor training facility, and the ERC’s boats and related equipment, you must:

  • have a current Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) number
  • sign the ERC’s liability waiver
  • pay required ERC membership or program fees

Click RCA WRS Help under Join on the main menu for instructions on becoming an ERC member or program participant. Joining the ERC as a member or program participant gives you a current RCA number and links you to the liability waiver.

Rowing as a guest from another club

Rowers who are members of other clubs are welcome to row during one week per year without fees. Guest rowers must:

  • demonstrate their membership in another club
  • row during scheduled ERC programs
  • abide by ERC staff decisions about what programs they may row with
  • sign the ERC’s liability waiver

To arrange to for a guest to sign a hard-copy waiver and to pay the drop-in fee, please contact the club manager in a timely fashion.
