Refund policy

Memberships:  Refunds on annual membership fees (less credit card fee and refund fee) are available only in the event of circumstances beyond the member’s control, such as verified medical conditions.  Pro-rated refunds will be calculated based on the portion of the membership year remaining, in accordance with the club’s three intake periods.  The intake periods commence April 1, July 1, and September 1.

Programs (Learn to Row, Summer Camps): Refunds (less 15 percent administration fee) will be given for cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the start of your program. After that date, refunds will only be provided if a medical condition prevents your participation.  You will need to provide documentation from your medical practitioner stating that you are required to withdraw from the program.  In the event the club cancels a program for which you registered, we will give you a full refund.
